Blessing in Disguise

Yoz yoz...Juz wanna share with u a swey and wonderful experience i encounter 2 days back...

2 days ago when i was about to head back home on my bike, my clutch cable snap...Wa lau eh some more is at 8+pm and the traffic was jam like shit and is along PIE exiting upper serangoon...Haiz about 4 more km to go than i will reach home liao sia...Irritating sia and best, the road is about to head up slope....AWWWWW!~!~!~! That is damm @##@#@#@#&*&@$ swey sia...

I wanted to call the tow truck but is like so late liao sian...Than i suddenly tot of "SIMON"...the big name who has a pick up...Therefore i called him to ask whether can he help up and he juz very cool and say ok he will come down and help...Both of us having hard time to push my bike up his pick up..Guess how we push it up? Juz nice at the side there is a Church and there were wooden planks and wow, it is so lucky lar if not everything will not be done...

One of my friend told mi that there is a 24hours motor bike shop and sim ming drive so Simon took the trouble to send mi and my wife to sim ming and we run here run there and ask but still can't find it..So i decided to row down my bike and park it there and wait till the next day than repair...For this i wanna really really really THANK SIMON for having a kind hearted heart to come all the way down to help mi...Wow really i am damm pai seh to bother him, but also dunno why still give him a call...haha maybe too shag but anw i tink it was a very good work out for both of us rite simon?hehe and it is indeed a great experience...next time we can go and open tow truck service...

Another person i wanna thanx from this incident is FREDDIE...Haha he help mi quite alot sia. When my bike broke down, i called him and see whether can he help out or noe who will noe how to repair since he is a mechinic. But guess wat, he is on duty in camp...Sian, and guess wat again, he wanted to chiong down and help mi out sia...Wa lau this type of friend where to find sia and keeping on ask this ask that..

This has not end yet...The nice morning, he rush down from duty and come and pick mi up back to sim ming drive to repair my bike. Juz becoz he wanna come earlier to pick mi up, he took the trouble to call his friend to go early to camp to take over his duty...Coz i need the bike on that day badly by 10am and the bike manage to be repair by 9.45am and yes, juz make it in time for my appointment...Haiyo

REally want to take this chance to THANK GOD for provide mi with help when i really in need and friends that will take a extra mile for his friend...Wow powerful sia...Really appreciate that I am in RCIY therefore i will noe this two guys to help mi out when i am in need..Really grateful...

What a marvellous time we had with all the tennis enthusiasts!
Freddie, as usual will power every ball.
And boy, Simon and wife was terrific!!! They beat Vin & Cass!!

Any of you interested in playing basketball this weekend?

I am shocked. I didn't expect there to be a table tennis session since I don't really read this blog or anything, but took part anyway... Why not, since I had a couple of hours to kill while waiting for mass? I'm glad I did, cos it's been quite some time since I had as much fun as I did yesterday!

Thanks to Greg for letting me beat you so easily (What? You mean it wasn't intentional?) and Simon for giving a few pointers... I think it's a woeful indictment of my physical condition that my body is aching all over (especially my legs) after just a couple of hours of leisurely table tennis. Maybe I should've warmed up too! Urgh.

Anyway we definitely should have stuff like this more often. It's been a very long while since I've felt a sense of belonging to any church group, or indeed even had any fun with any church group. Yesterday was a very welcome experience, even though I steered clear of the pro table and stuck to the amateur one!

So it's gonna be tennis this week? Can't wait.
